Refund policy

You have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

To make a return, the item must be kept in good condition and returned without any signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify its characteristics and condition. The item must be returned with its tags and, whenever possible, in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the invoice or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rafibagoal.com, indicating your order number. Once we receive your request, we will send you instructions on how and where to return the item.

Damaged Items or Issues with Your Order

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received an item different from the one you ordered, so that we can assess the situation and find the best solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns of items that have been washed, modified, or damaged through use beyond what is necessary to verify their characteristics and condition.

Please take special care when trying on the item, as we cannot accept items with stains, odors, or other signs of use that exceed what is necessary for their inspection.

Return Costs

The shipping costs associated with returning an item are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend that returns be sent using a secure shipping service with tracking. RAFIBAGOAL is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery or with shipping charges payable upon delivery.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return has been processed, place a new order for the item you would like.

European Union | Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the items, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision within this period. After notifying us of your decision, you must return the item within 14 days.

The item must be kept and returned in appropriate condition, and the customer is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

Exercising this right does not affect your legal rights regarding defective items or items that do not conform to your order.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect its condition and inform you about the refund.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be refunded for the payments received in relation to the order, including the standard delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

The refund will be issued within the applicable legal period and may be withheld until we receive the returned item or until you provide proof that it has been sent, whichever occurs first.

The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer, as stated in the “Return Costs” section.
