Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides us with the e-commerce platform through which we can sell our products and provide our Services.

By using our website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract under applicable law.
You may not use our products or our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any applicable laws or regulations while using our Services.

SECTION 3 | Products and Product Information
We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the information, descriptions, photographs and other content relating to our products are accurate and up to date.
However, the colors and appearance of products may vary depending on the settings of the device or screen being used, and therefore we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen correspond exactly to the actual colors of the product.
Our products are handcrafted in Portugal. Due to the nature of handcrafted production, there may be small differences in color, texture, finish or appearance between individual pieces. These differences are a natural characteristic of handmade products and do not, in themselves, constitute a defect.
Some products may be available in limited quantities or made to order. Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.
When a product is made to order, the order will only be shipped once the product has been completed. In these cases, the production time may be added to the standard delivery time.
Where applicable, the estimated production and delivery time will be indicated on the product page or during the checkout process.
RAFIBAGOAL reserves the right to discontinue products, change descriptions or modify their availability at any time.
SECTION 4 | Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on the website are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs and any other applicable charges will be displayed during the checkout process, before the order is completed.
Product prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
RAFIBAGOAL offers the payment methods displayed at the time of purchase, including credit or debit card payments and PayPal.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed and shipped.
RAFIBAGOAL reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, technical errors, pricing errors or other legally permissible circumstances.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, any amount owed to the customer will be refunded using the payment method used for the purchase, without prejudice to applicable law.
SECTION 5 | Orders and Customer Information
When placing an order, the customer agrees to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information necessary for processing and delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the billing, delivery, email and contact information provided is correct.
If incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer results in a failed or delayed delivery, RAFIBAGOAL cannot be held responsible for any resulting delays or additional costs, to the extent permitted by law.
After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation at the email address provided.
RAFIBAGOAL reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, technical errors, product unavailability or incorrect pricing information.
SECTION 6 | Shipping and Delivery
RAFIBAGOAL ships orders according to the delivery options and conditions available at the time of purchase.
Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, product availability, production time, carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
For handcrafted or made-to-order products, an additional production period may be required. Where applicable, this period will be indicated on the product page or during the checkout process.
Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the procedures and estimated delivery times of the respective carrier.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
SECTION 7 | Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions.
Where applicable, consumers residing in the European Union benefit from the statutory right of withdrawal provided for under consumer protection legislation.

RAFIBAGOAL does not currently offer direct product exchanges.
If the customer wishes to receive a different product, they should, where legally applicable, return the purchased item in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy and place a new order for the desired item.

All content available on the RAFIBAGOAL website, including, but not limited to, photographs, product images, videos, text, graphics, logos, designs, trademarks, names and other materials, belongs to RAFIBAGOAL or is used with the appropriate authorization.
