*No returns are made - except in situations where there is a defect in the item(s) or a mistake on the part of RAFIBAGOAL.

We do not accept exchanges or returns of modified, washed, clearly used or damaged. Please be careful when you try the product on, we cannot accept it with make-up stains or any kind of odor.

Please notify us at info@rafibagoal.com, providing your order number. Send the return request by email and wait for our response with the delivery address. Please place the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package before shipping it.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for the total cost of return shipping. Should your return package incur any import taxes or duties, we will deduct any additional costs related to your shipment from your refund. For your protection, we highly recommend that you ship with a reliable carrier including tracking and insurance as we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.

Once a package is received, checked, and approved, a refund for the total order value will be issued and reimbursement will be made available within 30 days.

Exchange Costs

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please request a return and create a new order with the correct item.
