The estimated delivery time after dispatch is:

• Portugal and Spain – 1 to 6 business days
• Portuguese Islands – 1 to 10 business days
• Europe – 6 to 12 business days
  

Note: Users are responsible for any clearance or customs fees charged at the country of destination. Such expenses may apply in accordance with the local law. All products purchased on our website are shipped from Portugal, a European Union member country.

The products displayed are all handmade, so we may not always have stock available. As it is handcrafted work, it may take longer than expected to be made. At most, orders may take up to 30 days to be manufactured and shipped.

Shipping costs are applied depending on the country of destination and may change. Customers can enjoy free shipping on purchases over 90€ (mainland Portugal only).

Orders to countries outside the European Union or placed at special times such as Black Friday, Christmas or other times of high sales volume may be subject to changes in shipping times.
