General Conditions of RAFIBAGOAL

All our products are handcrafted, so their availability will depend on whether we have the item in stock or if it needs to be made upon order. We will only be able to ship the product once it is completed. Delivery times can take up to 30 working days.

Purchase Conditions at RAFIBAGOAL

All products and/or services available at RAFIBAGOAL can be purchased except in cases of stock shortages or made-to-order items. Availability may vary, and products may become unavailable without prior notice. Such cases will be properly indicated on the RAFIBAGOAL website.
If a product is no longer available after purchase, RAFIBAGOAL will contact the customer by phone or email as soon as possible to expedite the process.
Fees and Taxes
Prices shown on RAFIBAGOAL are in Euros, with applicable VAT and taxes included as per the current laws.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order while it is being processed by contacting RAFIBAGOAL at info@rafibagoal.com
If a cancellation request is made after shipment, the customer may refuse to accept the delivery. RAFIBAGOAL is not responsible for delays in handling order cancellations.
RAFIBAGOAL reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud, customer misconduct, or technical issues beyond our control.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to terminate the contract within 5 days from the date of conclusion. To withdraw, customers can email info@rafibagoal.com or use the contact form available on the RAFIBAGOAL website.
Upon termination, customers must return the product along with any accompanying offers. RAFIBAGOAL will refund the amount paid within 30 days after receiving the returned order, purchase invoice, proof of payment, and return form. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund procedures will follow the legislation under Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

Customers may file complaints regarding any issues, actions, information, or services provided by RAFIBAGOAL via email at info@rafibagoal.com.
